In July 2025, the CAEDA Ukraine Representative Office was officially launched in Kyiv. The new office will coordinate bilateral trade projects, investment sourcing, and industrial partnerships between China and Ukraine, with a focus on agriculture, energy, and infrastructure. This milestone marks a new stage in China‑Ukraine cooperation within the Belt and Road framework.

The new office will serve as a coordination hub for business delegations, industrial partnerships, and cross‑border sourcing projects. Priority sectors include agriculture, green energy, infrastructure, automotive trade, and healthcare, all of which present major opportunities for bilateral growth under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). By establishing a permanent presence in Ukraine, CAEDA is enabling more direct support for Chinese enterprises seeking new markets and Ukrainian businesses looking to integrate into Asian supply chains.

The launch of CAEDA Ukraine demonstrates a shared commitment to economic resilience and future development. With dedicated working groups, upcoming trade forums, and the facilitation of investment flows, the office will help bridge the gap between Chinese and Ukrainian enterprises, ensuring that cooperation evolves into sustainable partnerships with tangible results for both sides.
